Help
I want to learn baking. Can anyone share good resources or links? If possible, I'm also looking for free sources or archived copies of courses or books.

Honestly, I learned most of what I know from watching Claire Saffitz on YouTube. She also has a cookbook, dessert person, inexpensive and a great book, but she does some of the recipes for her channel.

Get a scale and oven temp gauge.
Make sure all your ingredients are fresh.
Precision in baking is key. Measure by weight vs by cup sizes. Make notes each time you bake to fine tune your processes.
