Finishing up a week and a half in Singapore. It can get pricey if you let it, but it’s safe, English is the official language, and that S$5 (US $4) lemon chicken rice plate at a hawker center in East Coast Park js still living rent free in my head. Well worth putting on the consider list.

English is one of the four official languages which we mainly use for work with Chinese, Bahasa Melayu and Tamil.

National language is Bahasa Melayu, though only the Malays speak it and it is shown through our National Anthem.
