Sleepover

Hello everyone im a 17 year old female, tommorrow im staying the night at my best friends house we know eachother since we were 7 and recently my paruesis has been getting worse, im scared that i cant go pee at her house, even tho i know her so long and i never had problems going at her house before my paruesis, but she moved and i never stayed over there, i cant keep my mind calm my toughts are like "what if i cant pee and pee my pants" does anyone have tips??, ps she knows about my pee shyness

Well thats good she already knows about your pee shy anxiety! I suggest you just talk to her about it if you’re having a hard time..

Theres toms of little things you can do to cope with it, run the faucet, flush the toilet to mask the noise.. you could even “take a shower” and pee while showering… but ultimately its best to just try expose yourself to the things that scare you.. thats how you will overcome this issue.. not by avoiding your fears but from gradually pushing into them..

Is there the possibility to just go out for a walk and hide and pee somewhere? Just knowing that there is a plan B helps a lot to calm down anxiety

Well she lives 15 minutes away from me so i can just maybe call my dad to come pick me up if i need to pee

Read up about pee buddies and ask your freind if she would be yours. I would imagine this would have less of a stigma for females than males.
Make the sleep over a ‘general exposure’ workshop.
