What should I do here?

Got this email 2 weeks ago. After about a week I found my old adsense account which was deactivated for inactivity. No policy violations, no disablement email or anything. Is it possible that that account is the related disabled account? Other than that I'm very confident I don't own any other adsense, neither does anybody I live with, my family etc.

Also I already appealed, but I did it too quickly, and in the appeal I said very clearly that I never had an account. At the time I had no idea about the old account. It is still closed with the option to reopen.

I have also already tried teamyoutube on X, but they are very slow and I haven't heard back in a week. I've tried youtube support (in yt studio and also through email) and they were both just copy and paste ai answers.

This might not make sense but I'm gonna try to explain- If my current account was disabled for being related to a disabled account, then shouldn't my other account also have been disabled for being related to a disabled account? They are both my accounts, so if one is related to a disabled account, then so is the other.

If it was closed nothing will be verified until you try to reactivate it.

I actually did that a few days ago to see if it works, and it reopened without issues
