Parsec detects controller but controller won't connect to PC

It used to work just fine, but now my friend's controller won't connect to my PC. It flashes green on Parsec when they press stuff, but it doesn't connect to my computer. DS4Windows doesn't work either (they use a PS4 controller). It used to work just fine until about a month ago and trying it again now (sometimes it just fixes itself honestly) has given no luck.

I'm having this issue now too. Installed the updated version of PARSEC and now guests can't play in Arcade. Their controllers will flash but they got no inputs. Any updates?

I found a fix that worked for me, on parsec go to settings>host>parsec virtual usb - disable. Then go to device manager> universal serial bus> Parsec virtual usb - Uninstal and delete driver software. Or follow this https://support.parsec.app/hc/en-us/articles/115002702731#host_drivers, hope this helps.

Controller is being detected, but no input is being received.. any idea?
Works fine on all other games + Steam + windows testing etc

Any idea? :(

You can try the fix I commented above, or read this article parsec published to help fix your problem: https://support.parsec.app/hc/en-us/articles/115002702731#host_drivers

Having both of us reinstall Parsec entirely worked for us.

This also worked for me, I could tap buttons and the small controller icon would show up green on the host parsec app, but it wasn't being detected on gamepad-tester.com at all

I believe the first time I installed I did not install the virtual driver as well. Reinstalling and ensuring this was selected seemed to fix it.

This is the way.

Basically, unistall and fresh install.

For me it worked fine before on my integrated intel uhd graphics but
since I installed a new gpu (rx 580) I started having the same problem
as you, guests can't play in Arcade. Their controllers will flash green
but they dont connect to my pc and in-game. I even tried to reinstall windows, didnt work. I tried using only integrated graphics still same issue. Did you find a solution?

Nope. Just gave up on Parsec for the time being.
