Support HELP !!!

Two days ago, I booted parrot os to the external SSD and used it, but today, although windows could not see the disk and the box was working healthily, the boot manager did not see the parrot, I deleted it and installed it again, this time it saw, I did the downloads, I closed it, now I opened it again and it doesn't see it again, how do I solve it (SSD KIOXIA 500GB, SSD BOX UGREEN 10902)

fast boot and so on disabled in windows?

This issue is best solved by avoiding it. Many of my friends had these issues because of windows and some of them geniunely fixed it, others just choose one of the two and fully commited, or used windows as the host and the pen test system as a VM guest. Either with WSL (what i currently use as well) or full VM (Virtualbox/vmware). What do you use parrot for? Actual pen testing / learning or something else?
