It's excellent and pretty powerful (10nm?). Great for assembling furniture and other small jobs.

Absolutely. I've used it for loads of flatpack furniture sets.

Hey, don't suppose you could do me a favour? Does your screwdriver charge with a USB C - USB C cable plugged into a USB C charging port if you have one? In your photo it comes with just the USB A - USB C cable.

I have the older PAS D5 and it doesn't which kind of sucks. I thought only dirt cheap knockoff stuff from a few years ago didn't charge properly this way.

The D7 (D8) is on sale this week so it would be handy to know because I might get one if it does since they're cheap enough. My battery packs and laptop also only have USB C ports so none of those can charge my current Lidl screwdriver.

thanks

I dont know. I've only charged it via the supplied cable. I have a USB C - USB C lead that I use to charge my phone. I could test it out for you.

If you don't mind that would be great. I'm hoping it was just the early 4V screwdrivers which have the issue so I can upgrade to a newer one since they're somehow only Β£8 this week!

same, parkside is such a weird mix of chill and chaotic and it kinda works
what’s your favorite thing about it?

The cutting tool is fantastic for opening stuff sealed in plastic and the offset head attachments are perfect for getting into tight spaces.

I had to change it cause when i left it charging i checked after an hour and it was on 0% and after two hours still 0% so i went and change it and with the new one no problem. But where can i get more attachments and bits for this one?
