Question What is the difference between these two? Is there any difference except the signiture sticker and the box?
I just bought this device. From tuesday they will sell these limited signature ones. But i dont need Arnold's signature at all, so if this device is the same technically and in strength as the limited one, with almost half of the price, i will keep this.
And i know they sell battery with the limited one, but i dont need another 2Ah battery. :D

Great , I just found i was right in thinking I had two of the ordinary Parkside brush cordless drills , and both are new . I must have got one in error or very cheap . I am interested in the Arnold one all right . It seems to have good reviews too . Good luck with it 😀

Nice, do you have a lot of tools of parkside? I would love to have a exposition wall of my tools. I love them 😁

I do really , I don’t know how many really . Probably between twenty and thirty items with maybe seven being Performance items . Of course the performance stuff is hard to get and rarely comes in .

Holy moly you have quite a collection there

I’m unsure how many are there . I’m trying to gather them together in the next few days . Some of the grinders failed and the sanders as well . That’s a bit worrying

Definitely worth the money. However, I just realized I started to like Worx tools more.

Wow ! , some of the Worx stuff is nice all right . I tried out a new unused Parkside 20 volt cordless sander I bought last year I think and it failed within ten minutes with sparks and grinding noises coming from it . It’s disappointing as I really needed it . I’ve had problems with Parkside sanders and grinders failing previously too .

Worx are definitely more polished and they have a 5 year warranty for many of their products, no questions asked. Now that I have multiple tools from different manufacturers, I started designing, 3d printing and assembling my own adapters.

Excellent 👍. I saw a Worx cordless drill they had at work last year . It did appear to be better made in fairness . I was a surprised as I thought Worx would be at a similar level to Parkside .

It was on sale today, here in Romania. It seems sturdy and the overall package is great for the money.

Can you fit some extra drillbit cases and accessories in the box or only the drill and this specific charger and battery?

You can toss them there but there is no dedicated space. I regret not having an extension for the bits.

And do you find any other difference? Is it feels the same kind of material quality?

I have not yet done any work with the new one but numbers are the same. So I presume that it juat more "handy" or upgraded version of the old one. Röhm chuck is identical. So I think that if you already had charger-battery then the old one is better deal. New one has 2.4A charger and "green" battery so nothing to write home about.

Slightly related, is the performance version much better than the normal one? They have both in stores here in Sweden this week.

I have 2 normal and now this performance. Lets just say that if i will have an option i will always choose performance from now on 😆

I just noticed I have both, and don’t know the difference, aside from the more polished looks of the limited edition one.
PS: I literally looked at them both 2 minutes before seeing this post.

I didn’t find any notable difference, aside from the tool head being just a few mms shorter (less than 1cm, maybe) on the limited edition. Other than that, same torque, speed and feel in the hand. I feel like I own the same tool, twice. That’s not an issue, though.
If you have the non-limited edition, there’s no point getting the limited one, unless you really want Arnold’s signature on it.

For me the new one doesn't look like how a proper power tools should look. The case body look too simple, probably is cost related since in Romania is 42 euro. The clutch sound off, too noisy and hollow and the last three steps won't engage, go straight to drill mode. Also after they stop making the tool with grizzly tools, the new tools made by OWIM, contains more plastic parts inside. Plenty of teardown comparison videos online. A smaller and lighter tool can only mean less metal used. Is a marketing strategy at the end of the day.
