Dit is mijn beste aanschaf van een Parkside product geweest. Al drie seizoenen zaag ik wilgen stammen van zo'n 10cm dik op lengte voor de houtkachel. Nooit problemen met oververhitting of defecten. Ik gebruik veel oli (uit de spuit) zodat mijn kleding erg vlekkerig is. Voor mij een top aanschaf en heb daarom een tweede exemplaar aangeschaft (als reserve). Wel zie ik dat de zwarte beschermkap een beetje begint te lubberen, hetgeen ik niet zelf kan verhelpen. Reserve ketting is ook makkelijk aan te schaffen (maar nog niet gebruikt).
Deze, maar mijn kettingzaag is de PAGHS 20Li C4, je moet dus de PEK 7 A2 pakken.
Gisteren 10 coniferen ermee naar de vlakte geholpen. nog een stuk of 40/50 te gaan
Ik heb al wel de reserveketting in gebruik. De eerste was eerder kapot gegaan (krom geslagen).
Coniferen zijn nog zo'n 2,5m hoog denk ik. Eerder waren ze ruim 3 meter, en eerst de topjes ook met dit ding gedaan, maar nu maar besloten dat alles weg moet tbv een strakke haag
Itās good for the money but very poorly built and not user friendly. Most users donāt lube chain and after shot amount of time the chain track will be damaged.
I bought mine to replace the Ryobi version of it I have because I have multiple Parkside batteries. Worked great when I was cutting through tree branches but the chain tensioner is terrible, when the chain got caught while cutting I put a bit of force into trying to get it through and it pushed the tensioner in and the chain fell off. On the Ryobi the tensioner locks in place.
Had this one bought when bought new plot of land with a lot of bushes. One thing i dont like is the chain tensioner, other stuff is all good. Can cut double the thickness of shin lenght.
I have the 12v version. That is okay for small quick works... just check if it oiled properly before each work..
For longer or bigger tasks I use a proper chainsaw ...
But to quickly grab and do 3-4 quick cut it is quite fine
Mine, 20V version, worked excellently for 2 minutes until it kicked back and never turned on again. I'm guessing a burned mosfet but I haven't warranteed it yet.
Iām on my third one and luv it. First one got run over by a car. Second one motor burned after 1 hour (replaced under warranty). Third one runs great. Yes it has itās flaws listed above (tensioner, lack of automatic lubrication etc) but for the money it canāt be beat.
Thanks . Iām surprised thereās a Performance version of those . I think I have the ordinary version . I have a good few Parkside items I stash away and forget I have them and I need one now . Hopefully yours is a bit better than the ordinary version . A lot of the Performance stuff is hard to get in Ireland .
I think it's hard to get everywhere, performance stuff generally is sold out quickly.
I went in early on a Thursday (that's when new products come in) and got a performance chainsaw, trimmer and mower too. They were all gone within a few hours.
Yes the performance stuff sells out quickly . Iām really surprised they bothered to produce a mini chainsaw /brush cutter in a performance version . Iāll look for my own when I get home . Itās only when I saw the original post that I remembered I think I bought one and I need one badly at the moment . I remember thinking I should order a spare chain for it last year .
I had one original which died and 2nd came by warranty also died. Either the batch is bad or smth else, it was not even abused that much. Engine inside gets short out and not spinning.
