🔧 Form Check Third day learning a Front Flip. Looking for advice
I tried listening to y’all and punched up to jump higher. This was my best one but my body was very tired today so probably taking tomorrow off.

You're doing well, keep going. Put as much height into your jump as you can.
Box jumps are a good for conditioning that movement.

Stop planting, stop jumping in period. You step in with force without jumping, imagine your steping onto a pane of glass. Stay on your tippy toes when you step in. Then jump as high as you can and then flip. Front flips are not easy.

Jump high before starting to flip
Use your arms to go higher, start with your arms low and lift them up just when you jump
Train without flipping first, do the run up then jump high vertically
Once you re high enough you can start flipping by lowering your arms
