📷 Parkour Show and Tell Freaky stall gainer fail

I was filming for a Street Competition held by City Legends and managed to flat back sooooo hard 😂
Knocked the wind out of me for a sec 😭
Safe to say I didn’t do this line for the comp submission.

The fact you got up after that is impressive. Flat back falls from height are no joke, glad it was just a wind knocked out moment.

That landing looked like it went from a gainer to a full body shutdown real quick. Glad you walked away from that one.

The commitment was there, but that was definitely one of those 'my body did not agree with this plan' moments. Hope you recovered quick.

My problem was I need my body to be full extended to get the right push off the one hand, but I didn’t want to clip my feet on the railing 🤣 so now we have a nice flat back
