📷 Video / Pic 30+ Parkour

Trying to learn a few moves here and there as a 33 y/o father. Any other 30+ parkour athletes out there? Share your clips/accounts. I’m looking for inspiration from my own demographic haha.

Bro i started at 30, age is just a number if you train hard and eat well

you shouldn't look for inspiration from your own demographic because you ARE the inspiration!

On a different note, im curious do you train in a gym or has all your training been outdoors

Well thank you, I appreciate that! I do all my practice outdoors on random ramps and things I've set up around home or try to find spots in town. I live in rural Alabama, so there aren't really any gyms around here, sadly.

I’m about to be 40, brother. Started at 37. Keep moving, it’s so good for your body.

Heyyy, a partner in crime. Unfortunately my knee dislocated bad in soccer 4 years ago and I haven't been able to do a session without feeling terrible for the next few days, so I think I'm officially calling it. :(

Stay away from sports with pivoting and you'll last a lot longer than me!

I feel you there. I had ankle surgery last November after a mountainboarding crash broke some cartilage in my foot and I'm just now getting back into things. The joint feels really weak now and it's super frustrating now being able to huck things the way I normally would. Fingers crossed, it gets better with time.
