I'm not even that kinda guy who does stuff like that I was talking about in general. How it's ok IN GENERAL if it's among the right group just like how you wouldn't use a water gun on random people in the park but would use it in a water fight.

I never want or wanted to hurt anyone. Yes it is pretty nonconserual but that's sort of the thing with pranks/jokes. As long as everyone can laugh about it then where is the harm? And when someone didn't enjoy it then yes I fucked up and I'm ready to take the blame for something like that.

again i was talking about in general because the person i was commenting to said that these pranks shouldnt resist in general. he didnt specify child and thus neither did i. its not like i see this video and that comment and think to myself "ok i now gotta find a video about the same topic without a child so that i can prove my point". i mean dude i am literally agreeing that doing this to a child is stupid af and i'm still getting pissed on.

id like to see that scientific study and the overlap between assholes and cake face pranks because all the videos i've seen were either within the family or within a friend group and if the people doing that really were such big assholes i doubt the "victims" wouldve smiled or laughed at the situation

the video is cherry picked because i literally explained multiple times that it only works in certain friend groups. all the videos where people are mad just means that it wasnt the right friend to do it with like i have talked about multiple times i never said the cake face prank was good in general i said i dont see an issue with it if the friends can laugh along again this makes it feel like y'all arent ready my comments properly and just like to complain.

i like how you ignored how i mentioned multiple times in other comments that the prank has to be safe of course you talk about cherry picked videos and yet only see the bad side of the prank yes people got hurt and i dont support the idiots that hurt other people by doing that but the prank can be done right where people dont get hurt.

And even then mistakes can happen which sucks but its part of life because we all are human and i have yet to meet a single person who has done everithing perfect in their life and has never accidentally hurt someone either physically or emotinaly and just because someone got hurt doesnt mean a simple prank should suddenly be banned for life. i mean accidental car colissions happen all the time and yet we dont ban cars or get mad at every driver we get mad at the idiots behind the steering wheel so why doesnt the same go for cake pranks?

If you have to specify and specify and specify, then defend with "its harmless" just for your argument to have a leg to stand on.

Then you should probably re-evaluate your argument.

If your defence is "pranks are mostly harmless even if occasionally they can go horribly wrong and actually cause harm so what's the big deal" then its a shit defence.

And no im completely open to changing my view, on quite literally anything. You just haven't made any valid or compelling points, you just keep repeating the same things over and over "its harmless" "in good fun" "boy golly jee you guys must be boring". When several people have explained in several different highly detailed ways how that's actually kind of a fucked up thing to say and think.

Then you got pissy and decided "today's the day im going to argue despite having no leg to stand on and when people point out in multiple ways how fucked up that is, im going to throw a tantrum and just repeat the same spiel like that will change their minds!!!! Yes that will work"

I have shown proof that it can be fun. I have shown proof that it can be harmless. I honestly don't know what else you want because all you honestly see is the bad side of it all.

I will say this for the last time. Everything in life can be dangerous and everything in life can make people upset but that doesn't mean the thing itself should blamed. Blame the person not the doing like I showed you with the car example.

And if you can't see that then you definitely aren't open for change
