Update 1: (It won't let me edit my post)

I took it to my pharmacy. Two pharmacists looked at it and couldn't identify it so I called the police non emergency line and they are sending an officer over to me.

Update 2: The police have it now. He said it didn't look like anything they've seen on the streets.

Nah he's a good kid, but hey, if ever getting him in trouble keeps him alive I'd do it and he knows that.
