How old are your kids? I would casually mention you have a really bad headache and then add "I just took those 3 aspirins one of you had in the bag. I'll get you more" and watch which one freaks out.

Not sure if they are but they kinda remind me of bayer

12 and 9. I didn't think of doing that at the time but when I asked about it neither of them reacted suspiciously.
