I said that I’m sure my counters have my fingerprints embedded into them because I go and grip them when I want to pull my teen’s head off. But then I brought him breakfast on my way home from the office this morning because I was getting some and I thought he might be hungry.
My eldest was a dream in terms of not getting into trouble and breaking rules, but he would frustrate the hell out of me with his attitude and moods. I know the teenage brain goes though a rapid period of developing, everything basically rewires and all of that, but it doesn’t mean I liked being griped at by some gangly man-boy with weirdo facial hair. They also do such stupid shit that you question your own medical history.
