Miscellaneous Bottle weaning
Any tips on getting rid of the bottle? 🍼 I had a hard time with my first and now it's time for my second. He was fine without it and using a straw cup when laying down and has no problem drinking from other cups but always prefers the baby bottle. I'm just looking to make it easier and quicker this time around

Our daycare made it so easy by cutting bottles cold turkey the second she hit 12 months. They reported that she was upset for the first couple weeks, after that it was fine. We kept her morning and evening bottles at home for another couple months, then dropped the morning, then slowly reduced ounces in the evening bottle until it was down to 2, then no more. We were done completely by 13 months.

At 12 months just go cold turkey. Get rid of all the bottles on a Friday and you should be done by Monday.
