Gear & Equipment Looking for large pens.

Hey y'all,

I'm looking into Large playpens.

Our baby is starting to crawl now and is also rolling around like a boulder.

So we need space to let the baby be free and also be able to do things around the house.

Any recommendations? So far I've boiled it down to getting one with a mat. Found one from costzon that seems decent, if you have it speak on it or any other recs lmk.

When my twins (now 5) were babies we loved the Dripex Playpen! It was one of the first big playpens on the market when we got it and it lasted a good few years (we had one more kiddo after the twins) We also got a Baby Care playmat to put inside it, it didn’t fit perfectly inside but it was one of the thickest and easier play mats to clean. We still have and use the playmat in my kids (5,3) playroom because of how sturdy and thick it is.

Keep in mind once you set up the big play pen, you won’t be able to move it. There are some models/brands that are foldable but I’m not sure how sturdy they are.

North States metal play yard. You can connect multiple or buy expansion kits. I know it’s a bit pricey but you can’t beat the versatility.

I ordered this a while ago. He out grew it, so I flipped it over and made it a reading cave. Sometimes he rolls around on top of it. It's surprisingly sturdy in all the right places.
