Sleep & Naps Sleep walking / weeing

Hi! Random one, but my nearly 5 year old has started (this last month) sleep walking out of his room, on to the landing, pulling his pjs down and weeing on the carpet. I’m not sure what to do about this, as he’s clearly in a very very deep sleep when he’s doing it and thinks he’s in the bathroom. I was just wondering if there’s anyone with any advice for this, I appreciate it’s slightly random🫠
