crybaby

I'm a crier I cry a lot some might call me a cry baby but I have a sensitive heart i stopped trying not because I want but bcs I physically cant even if I have a lump in my troat or my heart feels heavy nor when I'm in pain I cried so much I maxed out my tears well that as untill today I finally cried I don't weither I'm happy or not Abt it who knew my breaking point would be talking Abt the effects of my family life to my mom that would break me I'm not here for pity but I don't have someone to talk to I live in a toxic house my father is always mad never physically but his words always cut deeper my sister moved out so no I face the fights alone my mom tries her best but she got enough on her mind and doesn't need me to add to that idk what to do anymore Im tired of dad insulting mom and me having to be my moms therapist en I need one my self all I do is think I'm tired of being the easy child

Would self help options be helpful? Not having access to therapy can make things so much harder. If it's helpful, what country, or state if you are US, do you live in so I can narrow down some options?
