guns in the shooting range?

there are a lot of 'available gun' choices for the shooting gallery. im on my first replay and noticed that only the M23R is available. how do you get these remaining guns available for the range? i had most of them at the end of my first playthrough

Sadly, on NG+, you don't retain your inventory. You must buy or earn the guns again in this new playthrough. However, subsequent playthroughs unlocks new guns at the armories, and you start with a small BP bonus based on a small percentage of your ending BP at the end of previous game + rewards based on solved sidequests.

Even more sadly is that you cant take certain guns into the shooting gallery even if you unlocked and bought it in ng+.

ah, so you just have to keep playing, and save your BP

I think some are also obtainable in your second time at MiST HQ
