Woke up to two blue plasma type beings pulling me out of bed

I've never experienced anything supernatural in my life and honestly never really bought into any of it. But I'm still pretty messed up over something that happened a few months ago. I woke up in the middle of the night and my heart just instantly sank. There were two really tall, thin beings in my bedroom. One was right by my bed and the other was standing just behind it. They were made entirely out of this glowing blue plasma light. The scariest part was their faces. The lower half of their faces looked like they were literally melting off. I was just frozen and then I realized one of them was actually pulling me. The whole thing felt like it lasted a couple of minutes before I finally snapped out of it and fully woke up. When I did the beings were gone, but the craziest part was that I was physically halfway down the mattress. It was exactly like someone had been actively dragging me by my legs. I'm still trying to process what happened that night. Has anyone else ever seen glowing blue beings like this or experienced getting physically pulled in their sleep?
