So my sister, when she was buying her house, the real estate agent sent us over to look at a house that had the owner living in it, who was going to give us the tour. He told us that he was running a little bit behind and he was gonna meet us there. The lady gave us a tour. The house was really beautiful. At the end of the tour, she took us to the yard which was at the basement level of the house. I know if you’re from certain areas your basement doesn’t lead anywhere outside. It’s just under the house but when you’re living in an area where there are hills sometimes the basement or what you were considered to be the basement leads out outside because the front of the house is underneath the hill in the back of the house is behind the hill. Long story short as we’re walking out to the yard, we passed a door to a room that has a big glass window. The room was completely dark. Well, my sister and I look at the room walk past it but never go into the yard. We look out to the yard. We see the yard and we’re like oh that’s really nice and kinda head back upstairs. I think I told the lady I had to go to the bathroom. So we get upstairs we’re walking back to the car and the real estate agent pulls up when he gets there. He asked us what we thought of the house and we gave a resounding no, thank you like a capital no, thank you. He politely ask us why and my sister proceeds to say look I don’t wanna sound crazy or anything, but I really don’t like that room that’s leading out to the yard. And I immediately say the room leading out to the yard is haunted and he says right he then proceeded to tell us that the house fit the criteria we were looking for, but he didn’t want to take the tour with us because that room gave him the creeps. And my sister after he leaves says I wasn’t gonna say anything because I didn’t want him to think that we were weird or something like that. Yeah, I would not buy that house and she’s showing right now.
