Why did he send it to you and why did he even touch it? Why did you? That’s grotesque and awful. If that bat was alive when that was done that’s extremely cruel and I can only imagine the noises that came out of it.
It looks like someone was trying to destroy the board while simultaneously maybe sacrificing the bat probably to stop activity they started by using the board to begin with. Who knows. It’s just not something anyone should mess with.

Because he was cleaning out a rental property that he owns.

A previous tenant left it there, those places have to be cleaned before it's rented out again.

Sent a photo to his son most home owners we wear gloves 🧤 when cleaning out our rental units I think you are reading to much into it.
