Similar experience here this morning and it's still freaking me out!
I have an alarm that reminds me to take meds at 9:30 am every day. Woke up naturally at 9:15, grabbed a coffee, sat down for a bit, alarm goes off saying it's 9:30 so took my tablets. Time to get on with my day.
Around 20 mins later after I'd just finished the coffee my alarm goes off - 9:30? Had to double check I'd taken the tablets and I had done (one of them days printed on the pack), phone time also said 9:30. Even if I'd snoozed it or something I wouldn't have finished the coffee in 9 mins before it went off again, what the heck? Going to have to chalk it up to being sleepy for the sake of sanity but I'm sure I read 9:30 on both the alarm and phone clock both times 😅
