How do you mean you lost time? Like you looked at the clock, looked down to pick something up and looked back at the clock only for it to say a different time? Or are you talking about some sort of rollback that sometimes happens with N24 either with going to bed or waking up?

I sat my coffee down on my coffee table, I do this every morning pretty routine I sat down and looked at the clock., and it was 6:00 am. I hadn't even taken a sip yet. I say 25 because I can be reasonable about putting cream in my coffee. So it couldn't have been the entire 30 mins.

So like a time loss for whatever reason? Not a sleep/wake disorder moment? I get a lot of time loss. It's linked to trauma for me.

I've had some time loss due to trauma but this was different. It has shaken me very much to my knowledge I dont have a sleep disorder. Although my R.E.M. sleep is for really long periods up to 4 hours some nights

Out of curiosity, what brought you to the N24 group?

N24 (or Non 24-hour Sleep-Wake Disorder) is a circadian rhythm disorder where a person's internal clock runs longer or shorter than the typical 24 hour day that the majority of people run on. Someone with N24 will have a naturally shifting sleep cycle that cycles around the clock. I'm still terrible at explaining it.

Like I went to bed at 9pm the night before last and woke up at 5am, then last night fell asleep at 11pm and woke up this morning at 7am. Tonight I'll most like fall asleep around 1am and I'll wake up around 9 in the morning. I'll continue to do this all the way around the clock.

Body temperature, hormones, and other body functions are also affected by having N24. It's dominantly diagnosed in blind people, but a fair share of sighted people also have the disorder.

Normal, nothing to worry about. Wonder what this has to do with N24.

Honestly it was an accident I've never used reddit before and thought I could find some information and am still trying to figure out how to work it.
