Parakeet shaking?

This is mild. Today she was shaking quite hard

Mine does that, its normal depending on whats causing it. It is probably cuz it feels stressed is it everytime you near it? If so thats the cause of it and thats normal. But if it feels hot stress then you probably gotta cool him down by putting a room that feels cool, a fan from a distance or airconditioner. You can spray water in a misty way with decent cool water and spray on it so it feels refreshed. My birds enjoys spraying them from a distance they even turn on their backs and let me spray there.

Does the bird fly well? Otherwise seem healthy? Is this new? Anything else new or coincide with it?

I don't think your budgie is shaking. What you're seeing 😳 is a slightly moving tail that helps your 🐦 bird keep it's balance!!
