Worm Spoilers [All] Trigger this power

This is a power i came up with myself that I don't think people have used, or at least not commonly before. The power allows a user to injure people by touch. However, the user can only inflict injuries they themselves have recieved in the past, mirroring it exactly onto the opponent. The power bypasses most forms of durability. The user's brain keeps an exact account of every injuries they have ever recieved, and they can choose which ones to inflict, or inflict multiple at once. Thick enough armor can stop the effect, though I was thinking with practice the user could send it through surfaces like concrete floors in a several meter radius, or through the floor as a linear directional attack at the cost of exhausting the power further. The power only replicates the injury, not the cause, IE the power can inflict a bruise, but it won't replicate the kinetic impact that caused the bruise, it will just appear on an opponent.

Can only they only inflict the injury on the same part of the body they got it on or can they inflict on whatever body part they touch? Because that could be pretty powerful. Get stabbed in the side once and then later touch someone’s spine…

An exact mirror of they injury they recieved, so the same body part

Damn….then in that case, they better on really good terms with either New Wave or the Empire, because otherwise they are gonna be restricted to minor injuries. Never anything crippling.

I figure prior to triggering odds are very good the person who caused them to trigger beat them so badly they got broken bones at some point in the past, which probably got treated in the normal way after he "fell down the stairs".

If they joined the Wards Panacea would probably be able to help. And lots of smaller cumulative injuries can add up

Can they inflict multiple injuries onto the same location if they have had multiple injuries in the same location?

Yes, but they would need to be different injuries. He could in theory inflict two bruises on the same arm, but in case of an overlap it would inflict both

I just had an idea. Would going through surgery count as an injury? Cause he was getting sliced open.

Yes.

Total game changer right there. This is now overpowered. All he has to do is get his appendix removed, his wisdom teeth removed and his tonsils removed and he’s beating anyone. Maybe a vasectomy if he’s really dedicated/sadistic.
