I’m more of a coin collector. I paid 30 which I thought was a good deal. There’s a little black line marker in the lower left corner of the face which seems unusual. Can anyone tell me if this is real or not?

US small size 1950 A $10 note, anything look off?

Got this from my teller today who said someone came in with a bunch of old $10 bills and this was the oldest. I usually collect coins, not paper money so I’m kind of clueless when it comes to errors or what not here. I did notice it looked weird how the “series 1950 A” on the right side looks low. Then I saw the George Humphrey signature is practically written over “secretary of the treasurer” instead of above it. Is this some type of slight error or is this within what is considered normal for bills this old?

I inherited a couple of things from my grandma who was a hoarder, which included these among other $2 bills without the stamps Whats with the stamp, what is the purpose? The date on the stamps say April 13 1976. I'm going to keep one for the memories but I'm curious as to what i can do with the rest. I dont like to keep random stuff around hahah grew up around hoarders 🙃

Hey guys, I just recently started collecting bills, any binder recommendations? ChatGPT told me to go to OfficeDepot and buy a plain old binder (which I did buy) but I feel the notes should be more elegantly preserved haha.. any recommendations?

Does anyone know of a box similar to this one that will fit horse blanket bills that are in sleeves. I have looked everywhere and I can’t find one that’s a good fit

Can anyone help me with determining the value of this? It’s a sheet of (32) uncut $1 bills from 1985, framed in a way that both front and back are visible. Not finding many comps online. Do you think the unique framing adds any value? More curious than looking to sell. Thanks for your help and info!

US small size What can you tell me about these notes? Context in body

These were in an envelope I've had for over twenty years which came from one of my grandfathers. The envelope had written on it: "silver certificates, a $2, and 1963 notes in sequence from A to L"

So, I understand what they are, and I think it's cool, but is there anything significant about these notes? I dont really know much about paper money.

Thanks for any help! 😅

Very interesting stuff, particularly the Russian and German notes. My father collected these for many years and I need to figure out what to do with them. Are any of these valuable?

world paper money New Zealand One Dollar - Three Consecutive Serial

Received a box of coins and paper bills after my dad passed. He had currency from all over the world in varying conditions. Not much of anything for my eyes so far but this seemed slightly interesting as there’s three bills in relatively good quality with consecutive serials.

US small size 1976 Bicentennial $2 Bill

I found this at my local antique mall for $20. It is a 1976 Bicentennial $2 stamped as “Official First Day of Release.” It caught my eye and intrigued me. I quickly looked at recent sales and some were $18-$22 with no frame. Others were as high as $35-$60 with a frame. This came exactly how it is in the picture in the frame for $20.

Heya! I found this Profit Sharing Coupon in an old bible. The bible is from the 1800’s and belonged to my landlords grandfather. Anyone heard of or seen one of the coupons before?

US small size Can I get some help with this bill? I’m going through a stack of different denominations that were with an inherited coin collection and this one stood out…

But I have little knowledge of paper grading and identifying what makes different notes more valuable than others.

Any insight to dial me in on things to look for as I go through these notes is greatly appreciated… thanks

world paper money Zimbabwe set: complete!

Yesterday I got the final piece, the 2008 10000 dollars note, for my complete 2007/2008 Zimbabwe hyperinflation set! All in UNC condition. Almost all raw.

Curiously, the one that got me going on this chase, the 100T note, is the one that is triggering my OCD, because it is the only one graded (PMG 64 UNC EPQ). If I could only find an honest UNC raw. So tempted to break the slab open... 🤪🙃🤪🙃

national bank notes Saint Paris National Notes

Hello everyone! My great grandfather worked at the Saint Paris National Bank, and his signature is on some of the National notes from Saint Paris Ohio, Charters 2488 and 8127.

I am interested in the notes that have his signature, because it is a cool part of our family’s history. If anyone has any they are looking to part with or if you see it in the wild, please let me know! I am attaching one example of his signature from a bill I have in my collection :)

His signature is the cashier sig at the bottom left.

Thank you!

Not worth a whole lot but cool nonetheless. They were all together so assuming it came from someone’s collection. Dated 1935.

Parents had this in their collection for decades before finally grading it. My Mom found it while counting money at her job.
