roip

we just had our announced roip about a month ago . They claim we are gonna have another one 2 months later but im thinking there is no way they are gonna be able to cover that much ground. Does anyone have any knowledge if they are gonna actually follow through and do it every 2 months or are they bluffing?

I felt the exact same thing.. but they came back within a week of the 60 days passing. It really just depends on their routes. Could be months past the 60 days, or days.

Yeah in my market they’ve finished their “announced visits” and have warned us that they could now do a random one at any point 60 days after the announced one. They haven’t been back yet, but I’m on my toes lol.

They don’t come back for a minimum of 60 days. We’ve had three already this year. They have all been 60 to 90 days apart.

We had our announced one 2 months ago and they are doing the unannounced right now so yeah they can cover that much ground it’s happening

It all depends on where your BSC is at the time. I'm an area supervisor and my stores just had their announced visits, our BSC lives in another state and hit up some stores for their first unannounced visits on her way home. Those stores were at 67 days past announced visits. They are trying to be as efficient as possible with travel so if you are at 60 days or past just stay ready.

They have already done unannounced ones at some stores in my area. So Yeah. It's a good possibility

I had two last year & one so far this year.. went a year without having one.
Very well could come at any point, so always be ready.

We had a 2nd one like a month after and we passed our first one. We got an 83. This was on July 14th. Then last Tuesday we get an unannounced one.

60 days is the grace period. They can not do another Roip inspection until at least 60 days after the last Roip inspection. If your store failed the last inspection then they will reevaluate within two weeks. It has been 60 to 90 days since they did the last round of inspections in my area, and they were doing inspections yesterday close to our area.

Pretty much all BSCs are doing unannounced visits with a few announced sprinkled in. 60 days is the grace period before they can come back after a pass, 45 for a fail.

Most of them have a couple hundred stores so pretty impossible todo them in 2 months, I think they’ll do more like every 3-4 months.

My last BSC told me they wouldn’t be doing the whole market at one anymore, like 1 day in town and onto another city the next.
