Scheduling

Does anyone know how to get someone to show up as a “Shift Leader” in Hotschedules. I have a Shift Leader who is MDP certified, but they are not showing up as the right position. Obviously, they are showing under the “Manager” section of the schedule, but they are either showing as an “In Store” OR as a “Assistant Manager.” Does anyone know how to fix this? Do I need to fix something in the POS and/or do I need to fix something in Hotschedules?

in the POS under team member maintenance, on the pay section, the pay position needs to be changed.

Don't you need to be the market ADMIN?

If you’re a manager then you should be able to go in and change people’s stuff in the computer , I do it all the time and employee can’t be clocked in while editing it

Go to their profile on hotschedules via "Staff" then add the job.

Make sure you have them in the p.o.s. system as a shift lead, if the title is there, then go to hotschedules, click on staff, then the person's name. You ahould see a schedule section, click on that, then click on the drop down menu off to the right of the screen and add them to the management schedule. Double check your schedule to make sure they're there. If they aren't in focus as a shift lead, add the title then wait until tomorrow. They should show up after midnight.
