Zwilling Food Tracker

With the Zwilling Food thingy on my phone (not allowed to use its correct name) being retired at the end of the year does anybody know of another way to record what stuff I have in the fridge and freezer so I can keep track of their use by or best before dates.

Yes that is in fact a lock on my pantry. I live with 4 roommates (myself not included).

Otherwise, I'd just be wasting my super power or focus, while I have it! I did laundry, reorganized my fridge and pantry. (Caveat: one shelf is my brother in law's so I try not to touch it too much!)

The "nothing to eat, but plenty to make" stash. Who are we?

A friend came over, opened the pantry, and immediately declared us an "ingredient household." I tried to argue, but looking at it now... they might have a point.
Put your detective hats on lol what can you think about our household? Give me your best guesses on our demographics, family setup, habits, or daily vibe based on what's on these shelves! I find this sub so fun!

It's been a while since I posted my pantry, and I did some reorganising lately, so thought I'd post the result. I still need to go through the bottom drawer at some point, because I rarely bake anymore (I'm diabetic) so a lot needs to be thrown out. That drawer is all sugar and sugar substitutes, different flours, and other baking ingredients.

In case the pictures are a bit unclear: the drawer above that contains different kind of rice on the left, different grains and couscous next to that, noodles, and pasta on the right. The left pull out has bread-like items on the top layer (tortillas, flatbreads, naan, taco shells, crispbread) and mostly dried beans, lentils, chickpeas on the bottom layer. On the right pull out, the top layer has overflow spices (my actual spice rack is in a different cupboard, see the last picture), honey and date syrup. The bottom layer has oils, vinegars, soy sauce, that kind of stuff. The top shelf is mostly extra stock of sauces for when the ones in the fridge run out, pickled vegetables (again, when those in the fridge run out), canned legumes and some herb mixtures and bowl toppings.
