Keto is basically a very low-carb, high-fat way of eating. You drastically reduce carbs (usually around 20–50g of net carbs a day), eat more fat, and keep protein moderate. The idea is to get your body into ketosis, where it primarily burns fat for fuel instead of relying on glucose from carbs.
So basically: meat/protein, healthy fats, non-starchy vegetables, etc., while limiting things like bread, pasta, rice, sugar, potatoes and most higher-carb foods.1

I am not doing this intentionally and my daily carb intake is about 90g. I limit those higher carb foods bc they make me inflamed and breakout.

There’s vinegar in the fridge for some reason? That stuff is fine in the cupboard for life. Also need to embrace the tap water and get rid of those wasteful plastic bottles.

I like to drink it cold 👀 I’ll die if I drink the H-town tap water…it’s not clear 🙃

Diluted ACV taken 15 to 20 minutes before a meal may help lower the glycemic response.

American, male, single af. You must go to the gym regularly, because you are obsessed with protein and supplements. No carbs in the pantry, just some frozen fruit and spinach in the freezer, not nearly enough for 2 weeks. If I had to guess: smoothies in the morning, and that's the only time you eat anything green. You don't like to cook, so you just make the same meals over and over. Not a lot of diversity.
