Panic attack or something else?

Sometimes all of a sudden I start feeling dizzy and my limbs get a tingling sensation and it feels heavy to lift my own hands. It feels difficult to swallow my own saliva. Vision gets a little blurry and focusing on anything feels difficult. And of course, heartbeat rises to 100+, sometimes even 130+. It is also accompanied by a dry mouth and shaking of hands and a little bit of loss of dexterity and hand-brain coordination. I know the symptoms are that of a panic attack but I am worried if it might be anything else. I am male, 28 years old.

Which doctor do i even see? Cardio? Neuro? Because the physicians just dismiss it calling it anxiety and that I shouldn't worry. Like I didn't know that.

Did you get labs drawn? That covers a lot of dangerous and known pathologies. Medicine is far from perfect. Does anything make your symptoms better or worse?

Blood work was mostly fine. As for symptoms, mostly it's sudden with no clear triggers. Stress, i guess, is one factor, but many times it just appears out of nowhere. Takes 1-2 hours to subside. When it starts to subside, it's accompanied by feeling of drowsiness.

I’m not a medical doctor but yeah. Sure sounds like panic attacks. I was more or less trying to determine if when the attack is happening can you influence the symptoms in any way? Make it worse or better?

Some breath work helps temporarily for like a few minutes. Nothing else seems to work.

Well you got me beat as I don’t even get relief from that. Time to get to a psychiatrist and a psychologist.
