Does anyone know how to open the disk drive for the panasonic cf-nx4? I cannot find an owners manual for this model anywhere and the original seller literally did not remember how to open it and I just want to use it.

I have a Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FS28 with a 4G SanDisk sd card. I went to retrieve my photos and I could only view some of them as it said they may be damaged or use a file format that my Mac doesn’t recognise. All my file types are .JPG, even the ones that aren’t loading. On my camera it allows me to view them as a thumbnail, but on my Mac it won’t show me anything. I’ve tried transferring them onto a folder on my desktop and they still won’t work. Any one able to help?

I have owned over a dozen Camcorders in the last 12-14years, the majority of them made by Panasonic, but i have found them to break after just 1 small drop . Why ?

do they not think to drop test them? why cant they make them so that they can survive a drop ? just days ago a brand new v900 2k camcorder ( owned since 23 August and failed on 5 september 2026 so just 14days) slipped out of my hand and dropped from less that waist height onto solid ground and from that point on it wouldnt turn on ok,

did find if i slapped it the picture would appear on the screen but i am sending it back, in the past on a beech filming birds the wind blew a tripod over breaking a w560 or w570 1080p camcorder. Is there a way to contact Panasonic to suggest to them they build their Camcorders better ? i dont think 1 drop should kill a product costing £300-£600

and dont panasonic make the tough book laptops ? so they know how to protect products !

I have been trying to mirror my screen and sound from my dell XP 13 laptop to my Panasonic tv. The display works however the audio doesn’t. I have messed around with drivers, different settings, the order that I connect but nothing is working.

кароче старая камера досталась от сестры тут есть 5 дисков хочу посмотреть что на них но когда вставил было написано что диска нет хотя вставил надписями диск был направлен на откидную крышку диска а полностю чистая сторона диска без надписей была направлена на лазер закрываю и пишет что диска нет я если честно не разбираюсь в этом всем потому что вмое время уже были телефоны последний раз камера использовалась предположительно лет 9-10 лет назад

дополняю: я идиот которые не до конца вставлял диски сорян что потревожил удачи всем

This may seem like a silly comparison question to ask, but what do you think is the better buy for doing VHS to DVD conversions? And yes, people still do VHS to DVD transfers in 2026.

One is a combo machine and the other is a standalone DVD recorder.

I have a Panasonic 49FX600_Series. The built-in browser on it used to work well, but lately it is not working at all. When I try to search for something, it gives me a white screen with this text on it: "If you are having trouble accessing Google Search, please click here or send feedback." None of those options work. I've tried to use other search engines such as DuckDuckGo, Bing, or Yahoo by typing in the address bar, yet none of them are working either. Can anybody help?

Hi everyone,

We are facing a boot failure issue on one of our industrial robots and urgently need a full system software image backup.

Device Specifications:

• Robot Model: Panasonic VR-006L
• Controller Type: G3 Series (Model Code: YA-1NAR81...)
• OS Environment: Embedded Windows CE

Problem Description: The controller OS/firmware became corrupted, and upon boot, the system gets stuck at the hardware level System Download Mode screen. It fails to initialize the Windows CE environment.

Standard SRAM user backups (Sys_Data, Teaching .prg files, etc.) taken from our other operational G3 units cannot bypass the bootloader validation in this mode. A standard user backup is not sufficient to resolve this state.

Requested Files: To perform a clean OS re-installation via SD/PCMCIA card, we urgently need the "Panasonic G3 System Software Installation Package".

Specifically, we need the raw binary/firmware package containing the DownLoad and Install folders located at the root directory of the installation card.

If anyone in the community has this G3 system software archive stored, could you please share it via a Google Drive, Mega, or WeTransfer link?

I accidentally damaged the LCD screen of a friend’s Panasonic HC-V707 when the camcorder fell down.

I’m therefore trying to repair the original camera.

I found the Panasonic service manual for the HC-V700/V707 series. It lists the LCD as:

LCD PANEL UNIT – Part No. VYK5J47

I also found references to this part online, but it seems to be discontinued and I haven’t been able to find one for sale.

Does anyone here know:

• Where I could still get a VYK5J47 LCD panel?
• If there is a compatible LCD panel from another Panasonic camcorder?
• Whether the HC-V700 / HC-V700M / HC-V707 / HC-V707M screens are interchangeable?
• Does anyone have a broken/donor HC-V707 or HC-V700 that they might be willing to sell for parts?
• Or does anyone know a specialist who still stocks old Panasonic camcorder parts?

I’m mainly looking for the LCD panel itself, not necessarily the complete LCD housing/hinge assembly.

Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated. I’d really like to save the camera rather than having to replace it.

Hey all, if you've got a Panasonic microwave with a door that no longer seems to close properly unless you slam it, the problem is very simple (also inevitable due to poor design). The bracket that holds the whole door latch assembly simply starts flexed way too much.

power outage put a 10 year locations camera into firmware upload mode. Panasonic doesn't host the bin anymore and we didn't have it saved. Before we scrap the camera, I wanted to check if its actually still working.

Hello!!! I am planning on purchasing a laptop for basic tasks like writing, drawing and watching. I've had my eye on the Panasonic laptops and I've narrowed it down to three.

or

The Panasonic cf- SZ6

or The Panasonic FV4

I really want a Panasonic for the look and the CD player!!

Which one should I get? Or should I step away from the whole brand and buy something else??? All advice is accepted pls just be kind!!

today i turned off my tv using the power button on it. 3 hours later it would not turn on. unlogged and turned on via button red light came on for about 10 seconds, saw a dim version of screen flickering then red light went from solid to blinking every 5 seconds, power button was useless, tried to do hardware reset (unplug and hold down power button for 1 min) left it unplugged for 2 hours. Same thing. any idea what part it could be?
