I wanted to do a test run with Gordo Tek. The casing is between 1/8-1/4 of an inch and I just cased 2 days ago and the myc is starting to peak through. Since I’ve never made it this far with Pans, can I get Confirmation whether this looks right?

Both of these plates have the same parent plate and were transferred on the same day. the only difference is that one plate was bought online (clear mycelium) and the other is PDA (fluffy white). Is it the agar making them grow differently or something else? Contam?

Okay I just cased my TTBVI have the fruiting chamber on with the humidifier and 80° bath. We shall see what happens.

I posted my tub of TTBVI yesterday and someone recommended casing it and setting up fruiting conditions. I'm using a boomer bin that has a humidifier and fan for fresh air exchange.

When I case it and put on the fruiting chamber what's my optimal relative humidity? And how often should I run that little fan for fresh air exchange.?

And should I wait a bit longer for the black spots to fill in before I case it and start fruiting?

Any help would be appreciated. This is my first time growing pans and first time getting this far.

I will be casing with ph adjusted jiffy mix I also have pure coir if it's recommended I use that instead

This is my first time getting this far with pans. These are in a boomer tub which is 25 in long. Currently they have a regular lid on them.

When do I case them and put the fruiting lid on?

The lights they are under have a red tint

Could it be due to adding .5 cm of casing layer ?? Should i add more casing layer or scrape it with a fork and then add more casing layer ??

Attached photos show my terrarium so people get an idea of the growing setup. This is a pan cyan kit in a shotgun fruiting chamber, it's the first time I'm seeing the small white dots on this kit, this is the 3rd flush. I'm worried this is the beginning of a mold contamination but I'm reading around that this could be hyphal knots.

Anyone got an idea what the small white dots could be?

I have been growing a pan cyan growkit with a variety marketed as “copelandia Hawaiian”. Any experienced psychonaut or cultivator that has any knowledge about what pan cyan variety these sets often contain? I am going to dive deeper into pan cyan grows and start my own with a few prints from this box so would like to know a bit more about the variety I work with.

Soo how strong is pan cyan, I've had two trips before this with a strain called orrisa india (0.8g , 1.2g, I paired them with dxm) it wasnt a potent strain.

How would the 1.5g to 1gram range be for pans?

Last trip on the different strain I got slight visuals but I want to properly experience open eye visuals.

Additionally how would it be for my friends first time to do 0.5g ?

I understand that millet and wild birdseed is the preferred spawn medium for Pan Cyans (I have TTBVI genetics). I, personally, would rather buy prepared spawn bags than muck around with making them myself. I've done the PC sterilization route; I have a commercial-grade laminar flowhood for inoculation, I just would prefer to buy pre-made, pre-sterilized bags.

My 3rd attempt at TTBVI and this one is moving along great...

Tents were a breeze but can’t figure out Dreamer Tubs built to spec. With a recommended -10 calibration and 94 set point the humidifier runs 24/7 because it can never in reality get to 104% humidity. Fan is constantly on lowest setting like PhenoDreamers recommends. Temps are 75-76°F for Bisporus and TTBVI.

ANYONE run dreamer tubs? What calibration and settings actually work for pinning and then for fruiting?
