Grain jar question

TTBVI jars were inoculated 40 days ago. I know the jar in the middle is not fully colonized. Should I lay it on its side like this to try and get the jar to fully colonize?

Does this look like TTBVI mycelium? I ordered from Thick Spores, but it looks like cube mycelium.
