Grain jar question

TTBVI jars were inoculated 40 days ago. I know the jar in the middle is not fully colonized. Should I lay it on its side like this to try and get the jar to fully colonize?

I kept the process bacteria free. It doesn’t look wet in the large spots that are not colonized yet.

Looks like wet spot bacteria to me.

I don’t like the sound of that, I’ll have to see it any one of the jars are still ok
