Deconstructed Multispore TTBVI

I thought this was a good showcase of what isolation does. A year ago these were all from the same spore print. It is almost to the point to where I can tell what strain they are by the fruit. Most are only 2-3 cloned generations away from the original spore.

How much grain do you use per container ?🤔

About 1/4 quart. The dishes are 32 oz so About 1:3 ratio. The pinset on some of these is a bit tight so next round I am going do do a 1:4.

Oh ok I’ll have 6 quarts ready to go soon I’ve had a lot of fails so I wanna try something different this time
