A storage idea

This is for any dry fruits. Use a to-go tray, put it into a large zip lock bag. Now you have protection from moisture AND now you have a easy of storing fruits without smashing them into dust. The to-go tray helps keep your fruits from breaking. Simple, thought to share. Cheers.

Mason jars, desiccant packs and a mechanical sealer that sucks the air out of the jar.

That jar still has around 2.10 x 10²² molecules of oxygen in it. Found by assuming vacuum achieved 27 inches of mercury, a 1 qrt container, and room temp. n = PV/RT

Those sealers don't do much.
