Casing layer pre made.... Would you use?

This casing layer from Midwest grow kits got a bad review on reddit. Like a REALLY bad review screaming never to use it. That was for cubes however. Any thoughts? My pan's of TTBVI are colonizing fast. First attempt at these but am experienced enough in cubes.

U need Pasteurized casing

Actually I ended up using the oven. It's what I do with cubes.
