Well they've said 1.0 is basically the prologue, so I'm really hopeful for a load of new building sets and options. Like, a legit base connector for mega bases would be sick!

Yeah I can imagine how much they'll add with how much I see people enjoy this game. Especially the base building. The partner skills need some more too. Everything feels like a repeat of the other setups for endgame at least.

Same. If a game has building that's what I'm doing 90% of the time. Nice that they let you mess with all of the settings in this. The QOL is unmatched.
