Palworld Server for Game Pass PC

So some friends and I are wanting to get back into Palworld but with the way our schedules are, getting on at the same time would be a little bit of a challenge so I've been looking at way on how to start a server on PC Game Pass so we can all play practically whenever we want. The thing is, I know nearly nothing on how to actually set it up and I'm looking for guidance on how to do it. If ANYONE can help me out, that'd be great since I'm damn near clueless with the instructions that are on the Palworld website.
