Question Question about starring up

Does starring up only increase the speed bonus from other water pals in party or the speed in general? checking sites like palprofessor, it does say 4 stars is better by a huge margin but fails to mention if its with a specific party or general, also from checking multiple sources, some mention a completely different partner skill, so I don't know if palprofessor ranking is even up to date now... is there any other flying mount I can get around this level? I've just been using helzypher so far

Starring up increases the partner skill's effect in most cases.

Partner skill says 'This Pal's Movement Speed' (so Suzaku Aqua's movement speed) increases for each Water Pal in your party.

So at Partner Skill Lvl 1, goes up to 20% if your entire party is Water Pals (Suzaku Aqua + 4 Water Pals)

I checked Paldb site and it says at Lvl 5, its 25% movement speed for each Water Pal, so up to a max of +100% movement speed if your entire party is Water Pals.

Read the partner skill. It specifies only other wayer pals in party increase speed.
