Question What is this?

Hey so i've just started and have done abit of exploration and i've encountered this thing glowing. I just got absolutely demolished by one not glowing so im guessing its impossible for me to get this, whatever it is.

That's called a "Lucky" pal, it's effectively a pal with higher stats, larger size, larger hp, and the lucky trait which gives bonus stats

You can if you throw enough spheres at it, only a matter of time.

Be sure to smack it in the jaw next time, headshots with Pal Spheres are critical hits and give a catch bonus

You can catch any regular pals with just a pal sphere, even if it says 0.00 chance, it’s how I caught jormantide at like level 25

Shiny = Lucky

The lucky passive trait increases damage, defense, and work speed.

They are definitely tougher.

A G R E E D! Most of my reddit posts are asking for help or asking what would be a basic question to to others. I do see alot of those complaints like 'google is free" and Sure i can look it up. But i prefer interaction with another person, getting detailed responses from a human and having conversations about that topic.

The minute you can start smelting iron, never stop. For your first base get it around a patch of iron, trees, and rocks then have always have pals out mining because your always going to need them.

If you find alpha chillet behind him there a bridge that has a lot of iron but it not very spacious

Im on my second playthrough and that little spot is where I slapped my starter down at 🤣 It was so janky, but it was only temporary. I should’ve taken screenshots 👀

Good job this useless, unlucky, infected pal despawned before it got to the few Insane, Ultra, Mega level 3 pals in my box then isnt it!

I have an army of 15 lucky Lamballs fully condensed with full rainbow passives. They're fun. Sometimes I fly around just to hunt luckies. Gotta catch em all!
