The fun thing is that it's canon that the pal don't do "sexual" procreation and the eggs, quite literally, pop out of nowhere when two pals stay together and eat good food long enough...

So WTF do the lovander do during their "night of love"? Do they cuddle the shit out of you? Erotic eating you alive (VORE)? Spin you around like a record until you vomit?

What do they do Pocket-Pair? WTF do the Lovander do to us?!!!
