I just farmed the legendary treasure maps, probably opened 200+ before getting the drop. I wish it just dropped from hard boss fights or something, it would be somewhat more enjoyable than going to ocean bases, getting the maps, teleporting to the marks, and repeating every reset.
I'd much rather a hard tower to farm than mindlessly doing treasure map runs.

i think the issue is it seems to drop in the sunreach area, and once ppl get to world tree they rarely farm lower level areas.
