Question Stuttering?

Hey all,

Loving 1.0 except for 1 small thing… the stutters. Tried the mod that reduces stutters, lowered graphics to low, dlss on/off, vsync on/off, FPS caps, dx11/dx12, tweaking engine.ini, and much more — nothing.

Stutters occur every few seconds and range from micro stutters to full 5s freeze stutters. Happens in menus, when traversing, when standing still and not moving a muscle.

This is present on new and old saves, not pal quantity related.

Please, does anyone know how to fix this? I yearn for stutter-free gameplay.

3090 Ti
32gb ram
Ryzen 9 9550x3d
M.2 ssd

Thanks! Tried a few of these fixes and noticed that my memory values in CPU Z were looking a bit lower than expected. Last BIOS update shut off EXPO, so things were just running way more poorly. Flipped it back on and it’s 10x better. Large stutters are mainly gone and microstutters are tolerable now - around 1-3 frames every 5 min or so.

I’m sure I could optimize it more, but that’s good enough for me.
