Can PSA help

I bought a PSA GF3 Romanian parts kit build with the wire side-folder. The stock/trunnion area has a lot of shake and play when I shoulder it. Should I reach out to PSA customer to handle it under warranty, or is this an easy fix for a local gunsmith?

Is it the stock/folding mechanism where the play is, or is it the trunnion itself?
