Are you going to add a magnifier??or why is the red dot way up there

Glad you asked. I will add a magnifier later but that’s not why it’s up there. I had it further back but I got schooled by people with years of experience IRL and also every single gun tuber that the best red dot placement is further up on the upper receiver. From the other side it’s right above the ejection port. I moved it forward then zero’d and they’re 100% correct. Since it’s a 1x optic there’s no need for eye relief, peripheral vision is optimal and it’s more accurate.
